Cool down and refresh with a healthy piña colada mocktail made with pineapple, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave nectar. This alcohol-free drink is naturally sweetened and vegan-friendly, so everyone can enjoy it. It’s creamy, icy, and full of the tropical flavor you love.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1-2 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or sweetener of choice)
  • ¼ teaspoon coconut extract (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Garnish options: pineapple wedges, pineapple leaves, lime wedges, shredded coconut, paper umbrellas, and/or maraschino cherries

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut milk if necessary, until it reaches your desired consistency. Taste and add more coconut extract or agave if desired.
  • Serve in glasses and garnish as desired.
