Mango Pineapple Salsa

This fresh mango pineapple salsa is bursting with sweet and savory flavor and a hint of spice. Juicy, tropical mango and pineapple unite with zingy red onion, zesty cilantro, tangy lime, and spicy jalapeño to create this crave-worthy fusion of flavor. It takes minutes to make and is delicious with chips, on tacos, and more!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 ripe mangos peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • juice of 2 large limes (about ¼ cup)
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust lime or salt as needed.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to an hour to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Best enjoyed within the first 1-2 days.
